Terms and Conditions

Part 1: Operational Framework and Platform Use

Welcome to the digital portal of Voyextrion. By interacting with this website and using our online tools, passengers agree to follow our established operational rules. These rules dictate how our online booking system functions and outline the obligations of both parties. This digital platform serves as an administrative avenue to initiate booking requests for our cruise voyages in Hong Kong.

All interactions here are subject to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance of Hong Kong, ensuring that digital expressions of intent form valid foundational requests. Passengers must provide accurate personal profile details when using our interface, ensuring that email communications match official identification documents.

Part 2: The Booking Life Cycle and Office Check-In

Securing a spot on our maritime voyages involves a multi-step administrative track. When passengers finalize an online request on our site, our system temporarily holds the requested seats. This temporary hold remains active for a window of exactly forty-eight hours from the initial hour of online placement. To convert this temporary allocation into a final, fixed booking, passengers must fulfill our localized criteria.

This requires a personal visit to our physical registered establishment located at YHC Tower, 1 Sheung Yuet Rd, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong . During this office visit, passengers must settle the entire outstanding balance. The precise departure harbor location and specific boarding parameters will be communicated directly to passengers during this transaction. If the payment does not occur within this 48-hour timeline, the temporary hold automatically expires, and the seats return to our general public availability pool.

Part 3: Amendment Parameters and Cancellation Timelines

We maintain a structured approach to schedule changes, balanced under the Sale of Goods Ordinance and consumer guidelines of Hong Kong. Passengers can initiate a cancellation request up until the actual scheduled date of the voyage. If a cancellation request arrives at least 24-hours prior to the official calendar date of the voyage, the entire amount paid will be returned to the individual.

However, if a passenger submits a cancellation notice on the actual calendar date of the journey, a 50%administrative deduction is applied, and the remaining half of the balance will be returned. To trigger this procedure, passengers must communicate with our team through our operational inbox at sailing@voyextrion.com during our operating hours, which run from 10 AM to 5 PM Hong Kong Time .

Part 4: Refund Distributions and Bank Procedures

When a valid cancellation occurs under our guidelines, our team follows a specific administrative pathway to reverse the transaction. To initiate this process, we will request the bank account credentials of the passenger. Once we receive these complete bank routing records, our internal accounting system processes the transfer within 24 hours of receiving the request.

Although we release the funds from our side within this short window, the time required for the balance to reflect visible changes on the individual's side depends entirely on external entities. It can take up to seven business days for the funds to arrive in your personal account, a timeline regulated by the operational rules of your specific banking provider.

Part 5: Harbor Protocols and Mandatory Identification

The operational timeline of a maritime voyage requires strict punctuality to comply with the Marine Department rules of Hong Kong. It is the duty of all passengers to arrive at the designated port terminal exactly one hour before the official departure time. This early arrival allows our crew to execute boarding protocols smoothly. Additionally, every passenger must carry a valid government-issued identification card or passport on the day of the journey. Our staff checks these physical items before allowing anyone on the vessel. If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated port terminal 1 hour prior to departure, the situation is classified as a no-show.

A no-show is logged as a cancelled journey made past the allowable window. Under these conditions, no refunds will be provided. Similarly, failing to present a valid physical government identification card during check-in results in a cancelled voyage status, and no refund will be issued.

Part 6: Liability Disclaimers and Compliance Rules

Our corporate liability is framed and limited according to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance of Hong Kong. Voyextrion is not responsible for itinerary adjustments caused by severe weather, regional maritime traffic instructions, or unexpected harbor closures. We do not provide extended compensation for indirect delays or personal disruptions resulting from these external changes.

Our liability regarding any booking dispute is limited strictly to the total amount paid by the passenger during their office visit. This framework complies with Google advertising rules by presenting transparent operational statements, avoiding deceptive assertions, and establishing clear physical payment tracks. Passengers are prohibited from misusing our digital services.

Part 7: Governing Jurisdiction and Support Access

These operational terms are governed exclusively by the legal codes of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal disagreements arising from these terms will be handled within the courts of Hong Kong. If a specific section of this document is determined to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining paragraphs will stay active and maintain their full weight.

For clarification regarding our data paths, payment schedules, or harbor guidelines, passengers can communicate with our customer desk. We provide direct responses through our website inbox at sailing@voyextrion.com . Our support agents maintain active monitoring from 10 AM to 5 PM, every Monday to Friday Hong Kong Time .
